3. Project Scope & Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the service agreement. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope will be billed at €75 per round. Scope changes requested after project commencement may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. A 50% deposit is required before project commencement for projects exceeding €1,000. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all copy, content, and deliverables become the exclusive intellectual property of the client. copydrivenmedia retains the right to display work samples in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, brand information, marketing plans, and unpublished content. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

7. Liability
